What we look for in an Interim Manager
The Key Criteria
First Interim is always keen to add top quality, interim managers to the network
from all disciplines and market sectors. Typically interim managers will have
the following profile:
- Widely experienced in their own discipline, with evidence of flexibility in
their past career, they will have operated at board or senior manager level with
a number of organisations.
- Skilled project managers, with commercial experience and understanding.
- Strong specialist functional skills and wide ranging business experience.
- Results orientated with a a track record of real, quantifiable achievement and
a low boredom threshold.
- Well developed people and communication skills.
- Self-employed and operating as an interim manager via a limited company.
- Independent and self-sufficient, they will be financially secure and not
looking for a permanent position.
